The P.H.A. Cafe & Juice Bar is located with in the P.H.A. Health, Wellness and Fitness Centers, 3450 Winton Place. It is Rochester’s most upscale health, wellness and fitness facility. The cafe and juice bar are open to the public, non members are welcome.

Our Café & Juice Bar has every thing one would need in a drink. Whether it is a soothing morning coffee or a delicious shake after an excellent workout, we have the right drink for you. Personalized: If we don’t carry what you want, just ask and we will accommodate your every need.

After extensive research, we chose Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters to outfit and supply all of our coffee needs. On top of having the best tasting coffees and one of the most extensive selections to choose from, they are located in the Finger Lakes Region in Upstate New York.

Not only are the PHA Shakes delicious, they also are an excellent way to energize yourself before your workout starts and after you are finished to help start your recovery process. Since liquids are digested and absorbed faster than solid foods it only makes sense to have a pre and post workout shake.

We are sure that you will agree that The P.H.A. serves the most delicious shakes that you have ever had. In order to consistently achieve this lofty goal the ingredients in our private recipes are carefully weighed and measured.

Our shakes are made with the purest water, freshest fruit and finest ingredients. In fact, we even purify our own water with the NIKEN PIMAG Gravity and Optimizer II Filtration Systems. You can’t have the best tasting shakes on the planet without great tasting water and ice.

We offer multiple flavors: Each flavor comes in Lite, Original and Supreme. These are just to name a few.

5 Gourmet Blends

1. Canandaigua Blend – Our most popular blend has a full body and full flavor. Named after Canandaigua Lake, one of the most enjoyed spots in the Finger Lakes.
2. Lake Blend – This is our house blend. It has a well-rounded flavor with a full aroma and full body.
3. Seneca Blend- Our darkest blend has a fuller body and less sharpness than a French Roast. It is named after Seneca Lake, the deepest and darkest of the Finger Lakes.
4. Mocha-Java Blend This blend is a classic balance of African acidity with the heavy bodied coffees of the Indonesian Island of Java.
5. Espresso Blend – This blend produces a wonderful, Italian-style espresso with rich crema.

12 Single Original Coffees

1. Brazil Vista Allegre – This estate coffee has a mild earthly flavor with a medium body and low acidity.
2. Columbian Supreme – This rich, well-balanced flavor has a powerful aroma, medium body with a delicious acidity.
3. Costa Rica Tarrazzu – From the Tarrazu Region of Costa Rica this coffee has a full, rich flavor, bright acidity.
4. Ethiopian Harrar – This coffee has a fruity wine-like tone, with a medium body and medium acidity.
5. Guatemala Antigua – With a distinct rich acidity and full body this coffee has a spicy complex flavor.
6. Jamaican Blue Mountain – This is a rare coffee that offers the ultimate in smoothness. It is mild, mellow and highly desired through out the world.
7. Kenya AA – This is an excellent straight coffee that is rich, powerful with a wine-like acidity and a very full body.
8. 100% Kona – This is considered by many to be the ultimate coffee with a beautiful roast and a perfect balance of taste, body and acidity.
9. Peru Organic - This is a uniquely earthy, almost sweet coffee with a brisk acidity and medium body.
10. Sumatra Mandheling – This coffee has an unusually concentrated flavor, pungent herbal aroma and extremely full body.
11. El Salvador Quequeisque – With a beautifully balanced aroma, body and acidity, the profits from this plantation are donated to causes that bring a better life to the people of La Libertand.
12. Java Blawan Estate – This is a hearty coffee with an extremely full flavor and low acidity.

1. French Roast – This blend has a strong, deep, dark roast with a medium body.
2. Italian Roast – This is our favorite European-style coffee, the darkest roast we have.
3. Witches Brew – This special brew if for the brave at heart, with dark tones and intense aroma.

6 Decaffeinated Blends

1. Lake Blend - This is a very flavored and well-rounded decaffeinated coffee.
2. Columbian Supremo – This is a medium bodied coffee with a mild, smooth flavor.
3. Peru Organic – This blend is a very smooth decaf with a brisk acidity and is organically brewed.
4. Sumatra Mandheling – This is one of the world’s richest beans with out the caffeine.
5. French Roast - This blend is for those who prefer a deeper darker.
