properly (financial backing)
You must be completely prepared (110%) before you go to a
bank. How you approach a bank and other lending institutions will determine
whether or not you get
financed (loans/leases/lines of credit). Your business plan and financial status
will determine what type of loans that you qualify for and what type of lending
agencies to go to.
Getting properly funded is just the beginning. You must manage your money on a daily basis. As your business matures and you pay your bills, in a timely manner, your credit will grow.
At that point it will
be time to shop around and look for “Better Money”.
Banks and lending institutions compete against each other all the time. You
just have to position you company to get the best deal/rates. I can show
